Glastonbury 2016: Full line-up revealed

Now that all the fuss about the headliners is out of the way, Glastonbury organisers have today revealed the first line-up poster for this years festival.

Joining headliners Muse, Adele and Coldplay will be the newly reformed and reinvigorated LCD Soundsystem, who will follow-up their recent comeback shows with their first Glasto appearance since 2010.

Texan rockers ZZ Top, Savages, Beck, Foals, Disclosure, New Order, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Last Shadow Puppets, Underworld, CHVRCHES, Bat For Lashes, Daughter, James Blake, M83 and Gregory Porter are also confirmed for Glastonbury – joining the previously announced PJ Harvey, James and Jeff Lynne’s ELO.

Glastonbury 2016 lineup

Typically for Glastonbury, this years lineup is a diverse mix of established and newer acts across a lot of different genres. Disclosure, Grimes, Ellie Goulding, Skepta, the 1975, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Mac DeMarco, Savages, Floating Points, Stormzy, Bring Me the Horizon, Chvrches and Ezra Furman will all play sets alongside festival veterans and musical pioneers such as Art Garfunkel, New Order, Underworld, Ronnie Spector, Cyndi Lauper, Saint Etienne and Carl Cox.

More acts are expected to be announced soon for Glastonbury 2016, here’s the full list of acts confirmed so far:
