Black Sabbath have been forced to postpone another gig due to the ongoing health problems of frontman Ozzy Osbourne.
The legendary rockers are currently on the road for their farewell The End tour, but things have not been going too well during what is supposed to be a glorious swansong for the group.
The Sabbath are currently on the North American leg of their tour, and had to cancel a handful of gigs in Canada last week. Now they have also had to cancel last nights show in Vancouver, with no official word yet on when the cancelled shows will be played.
Ozzy Osbourne is currently suffering from sinusitis – which is a pretty common illness which results in the sinus’ becoming inflamed.
In a statement on Facebook, Black Sabbath said:
Due to continued severe sinusitis, Ozzy Osbourne will be unable to perform with Black Sabbath as scheduled. The Vancouver performance has been postponed. Details regarding the rescheduled date will be announced as soon as it is available. Please hold on to your tickets until further details are available
The tour – aptly named The End – is set to be Black Sabbath’s final ever tour. They are also set to headline Download Festival this summer, so lets hope Ozzy has fully recovered by then.
